Flotsam Particles

Drawing on the idea of souvenirs, memorabilia, architectural fragments, and objects as talismans, ‘Flotsam Particles’ is a collection of relics of the utopian spirit that became Ontario Place. Taking the form of the iconic Cinesphere designed by late and local architect, Eberhard Zeidler, this limited edition series of seven unique bronze casts represents dream fragments from an earlier, more optimistic future. The sculptures were exhibited at Swipe Design, 401 Richmond, as part of the DesignTO Festival in 2018.
